The development, technical & operational management of the clearing & settlement services are outsourced to STET SA (Systèmes Technologiques d'Echange et de Traitement).

STET SA is a clearing and settlement infrastructure, owned by six major French banks – BNP Paribas, BPCE, Crédit Agricole, Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel, La Banque Postale and Société Générale – and joined by CB Investissements in 2016.

The development, technical & operational management of the Transfin platform & services that make use of this platform, are outsourced to Centran SA.

Centran is a Belgian IT Service provider, established in 2005. Centran develops and manages the different services CEC offers on SFRS (Secure Financial Routing System) platform. The applications that are available on the SFRS platform are owned by CEC.
